Preorder items will be dispatched from the estimated date stated at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time during launch periods or high-volume releases.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.
Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of preorder and limited print releases, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.
